Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?

Mika + Co. is an online store only. Now more than ever consumers are driven to make purchases from the comfort and safety of their own home. We built a webstore that is easy to navigate making your online shopping experience with us as smooth as possible!
 
I received a damaged product, what do I do?

Damaged or defective goods will be refunded 100% of the purchase price. We will need picture evidence and adequate proof of damage provided by the customer. Please note for all U.S. & Canada customers any duty or import fees will NOT be refunded.

What is your return policy?

If you receive an item that you would like to return for a refund, the product must be returned at your expense. Purchases must be returned in the original packaging and must be in new, unused condition. The original and return shipping charges will not be refunded as well as any customs duty charges (U.S. & Canada). For all returns to be processed, it has to be within 20 days of receipt, if it's past the 20th day we will charge a restocking fee of 15% from the total order.

We ship within Bermuda, United States and Canada. We hope to expand to more countries in the near future.

U.S. & Canada - Flat rate: $25.00

What is your shipping policy?

We ship orders every Monday and Friday.

Bermuda (Local) - 3-5 business days 
U.S. & Canada - 7-10 business days
